		<description>HI Kerry
· I am so sad to hear of this kind of sonario . I do want to advise you that the state hospital in Durban provide excellent services to cancer patients without medical aid . The Albert le Tuli hospital has state of the art technology available to deal with this kind of head and neck cancer and you friend will get excellent treatment for free . He will just have to prove that he does not have a medical aid ,Please also speak to the Cancer Association offices in Durban The CANSA contact 0800 226622 To get the Durban number for more support .
· People Living with Cancer do not have cancer buddies in this region yet but we hope to have this soon
· Ask for Prof Amo Jordaan or one of his registrars .Ask that a GP refer him to this state hospital oncology clinic ASAP .
· One other option will be to contact the moments in time foundation http://www.momentsintime.co.za/home.asp?
· Follow this link An Also contact them .
· Hope this helps

		<description>Good morning

I hope you can assist me, I am writing to you out of compassion for a friend who was healthy three weeks ago, and has now been diagnosed with a tumour in his sinus and a very rare blood cancer, they have no money at all,no medical aid and have not paid rent in two months, they are proud people but they need our help! We have already organised a golf day for the family which we hope to raise some money but I fear it will not be enough, his name is Pete Horlock, he is an upstanding memeber of our little community. They come from the South Coast of KZN, in a little town called Umtentweni.

I would like some info from you as to how you could perhaps asisst and how we should go about it! as I do not know how your organisation works, I don&#039;t know what else to do except request some financial help, I can not ease their emotional woes, but I hope that by reaching out someone might answer.

I look forward to your reply

Kindest regards
